I only drew this because Kei popped out a wonderful vectored, union jack-covered mermaid in time for the jubilee, and I was inspired.
Drawing this thing was fun but I had a nightmare with the colours; though he was clearly decked in blue in Flash, he turned purple whenever I exported the image, no matter what format it was. Had to mess the colours about in Photoshop in the end!
